Internet Explorer vs. Firefox ::: Sidebar Margin? How to fix in Both?

This is the code I have entered right now and it looks PERFECT in Internet Explorer.

#sidebar-wrap{margin-top:-660px;}

However, in Firefox the sidebar is much, MUCH lower than where it should be. If I change the margin-top to "-900" it looks perfect in Firefox but goes through the roof in Internet Explorer... Fix? http://www.careydanis.com/ Firefox::: Internet Explorer::: Thanks Yall - Scott
