Ecopro not showing images, new to Pagelines

Hi, I just installed Ecopro. It's not showing any images. I previously had configured templates and global settings. Do I have to manually reconfigure them? Where I can get the default Ecopro settings? Thanks, Consuelo

What do you mean...? A theme is going to give you new template files.
