Weird alignment - and my sub page menu

Recommended Posts

bizint

Hi...so I set up a child menu fine, see left sidebar menu here: http://www.businessinteriors.co.uk/betatest/wordpress/design Now it works fine in "sidebar one left one right" - but when I change to sidebar left....then the tertiary sidebar seems to default on top of the primary bar - pushing mu subpage child menu down - see here: http://www.businessinteriors.co.uk/betatest/wordpress/design/office-space-planning So....on that page I decide to hide the Tertiary sidebar to solve the problem, but the sub page menu ij the primary sidebar is too low, see here: http://www.businessinteriors.co.uk/betatest/wordpress/office-furniture/tender-creation Gosh it takes a long time to do something that should be simple! Any help much appreciated!

Is this the same question as your other thread? It kind of sounds the same, but I can't quite tell. In any case, I'd try the sidebar wrap setting I mentioned.

Slighty different - I've changed the wrap to the bottom but that hasnt helped with the alignement that's way off?

In what way is the alignment off? You do have some padding on the sidebar wrap in the dynamic.css file ??? It should be: ` #sidebar-wrap { padding-top: 0px; } `

I've removed that padding (that was a previous fix) and that has solved most of the lignment issues - but the one on the contact page is pretty severe...also the bottom fotoer background seems to change colour in this area... Mmm when I tunr the banner off it works fine on alignment and footer colour...see here: http://www.businessinteriors.co.uk/betatest/wordpress/contact-office-design-uk/birmingham-office-design But when banner is on (the only banners with embedded google maps coz other banner pages are working too)...it doesnt work http://www.businessinteriors.co.uk/betatest/wordpress/contact-office-design-uk/office-design-london-cit I'm guessing this has something to do with the embedded google map...but I do need one!

You do have an error related to the map...if you remove it is the format okay?

I'm not sure if it's possible embed a Google Map into a banner section. It might be possible to embed it in a feature slide or inside a page.

This is supposed to be allowed so just double check your map markup to make sure it's correct. or try the iframe version/ vice versa
