How Create Navigation Link to Main Blog Feed?

Hi! Right now, I am only having a page called "About" as part of the navigation bar in the header. How do I add a Navigation called called e.g. "Home" that links to the blog post feed? Thanks in advance.

Go to Appearance -> Menus and create a new menu. Drag all your pages into and be sure to set it as your primary menu. To add a link to the homepage, Make a custom menu item, name it "Home" and have its url be "/" (without quotes)

Hi there, I have a similar question -- I need to link my main blog up to the navigation, but I want to link it to a menu tab called "From the Editor", rather than to the "Home" page. (I have a static Home page...) What URL should I use to link to it? The above suggested "/" URL seems to direct my "From the Editor" navigation to my static Home Page -- not to my main blog... Can you help? My url is: http://thecottonexchange.net/ Thanks! Barb
