can I add .gif to use a logo which will change?

at http://seriousevents.nl/wordpress/ I have a logo with a lemon wich changes into a blue lemon. the designer send me an .gif file, when I upload it in custom logo it doesn't work. what to do? or what mistake do I make? regards, Nino

I see a banner image and the lemon changes from yellow to blue from what I can see. You should ask the designer if he or she made the .GIF so that it loops. If it's not made to loop, it won't change from yellow to blue to yellow to blue and so forth. It'll just remain blue.
