msaizan+ 6 Report post Posted June 2, 2011 i recently upgraded to PP 1.5 - now my favicons are not showing up in two different browsers - chrome or Firefox. I have re-saved the global options and tried re-uploading the favicon. Favicons were displaying ok before the upgrade. Any thoughts about a fix? catrina 103 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 From what I see, the favicon is for Gulf Coast Rising (using Firefox). Can you provide a screenshot of the favicon you see? Issue is resolved - Firefox is ok just as you said - favicon displays very differently in Chrome - it's on the tab above the URL bar - rather than next to the URL itself. Google inserts their own favicon in that spot - good marketing and branding geniuses they are - so i have determined all is as it should be. Sorry for the bother.
