Linking Pages to External Site

Hello, I currently have a blog page/tab that I would like to link to an external site. How do I go about setting this up? Evan

You can use a custom menu (Appearance > Menus). This allows you to create a menu with any links you'd like (whether they're pages on your site or links to external websites).
