Platform Pro - Social media links in the post footer

Hi all. This is a pre-sales question actually. I've been testing out the capabilities of Platform Pro with a test site and I LOVE it. What i'd like to know is: I've set up a 'blog' page to display all my posts but the social media sharing links don't appear in the post footers until you view the actual post page. I would like the sharing links to appear at the end of each post on the 'blog' page, and not just on the post pages. Yes it's possible with a hook. You would use the HTML for that section and place it inside of a template hook that inserts it on the posts page.

Hi Catrina Well I most likely will do once I've bought the theme and I'm ready to do it. I'll know the html for that section, but would need to know the hook to put around it. Any help would be great :-)
