How do you create a homepage?

Hi im looking to be able to create a homepage that will show all my posts like any normal homepage. As it is the first time someone visits my site http://www.danceyrselfclean.com/ they will be taken to the default homepage, however if they then navigate to other pages on my site they will be unable to go back to the homepage unless they click on the My Blog heading. Is there no way to create a page so users can navigate back to the homepage using an actual homepage button. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please read This thread. This way you're "Home" page can be entered in the menu with any name you prefer.

Ok ive managed to do it by creating a custom menu then creating a custom link
