gremmie 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2011 hey, I'm having trouble getting box title above the boxes. I already tried using the advice in this thread: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic/9698 but it didn't work. My website is www.gremmie.net. Also the boxes are spread out (3 per row) and i'd like them to fit in the content area. Please help. www.gremmie.net Thanks!
cmunns 16 Report post Posted May 30, 2011 Yes. I see. this is a problem bc there is meta option to place icons on top...but not for the main blog page. You may have to adjust CSS in this case. ` .inline_thumbs .fboxgraphic { float:none; } `
gremmie 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2011 Adam Unfortunately, this didn't work. I don't understand. in the Pagelines PLatform Pro demo the boxes appear right below the header. http://www.pagelines.com/demos/platformpro/ Any other advice?
catrina 103 Report post Posted May 31, 2011 I'm looking at your site and the boxes aren't there. Did you disable them temporarily? Please read the docs before posting. timlinson 3 Report post Posted May 31, 2011 in the Pagelines PLatform Pro demo the boxes appear right below the header This also confuses me. The demo boxes are nothing special. They've just dragged it further up on the template setup. They are still full width, not in the content area, and the titles are in the normal position. Also, in the thread that you linked, the code I posted at the end works, but you can't copy paste it because those box IDs are for that thread's original poster. You need to view the source of the page and look at the box IDs for your own pages.
canoconsulting 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2011 Hey Catrina or Adam...if you could help me with this final piece of the puzzle. I have a static front page and I'm using 5 columns and 6 rows of boxes. Woo Themes was trying to get me to purchase there product but I've got over 1 1/2 experience with Pagelines...much prefer Pagelines. Anyhow I'm trying to get my Titles for boxes on Top...the only two options for thumbnails is either on top or to the left. I don't want either..I'd like to get my title "On Top" so that I have a title and an image that corresponds with that title. Here's the website: www.RickCano.com Would really appreciate it. Thanks, RC
