marelamy 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2011 I need help with something that I can't seem to get. My site is marelharperdesign.com and I want to add a slideshow to the main page. As it is right now, my main homepage opens to a blog post that reads "Site under maintenance." But what I want is for there ONLY to be a slideshow of work. And I don't want it to be a blog posting. I know how to create a NextGen Gallery and add it to a page. My question is, how do I edit the content of the main opening home page? I obviously can't just create a new page because the home link "marelharperdesign.com" is already in use. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
[Deleted User] 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2011 In wordpress Settings "Read" you can assign a (static) page other than de blogpage to be the landing page. You can create a page called "Home" and a page called "Blog", and assign the Blog page to "Blog" and the landing page to "Home". Regards Jackey Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
