Change width of Features so it doesn't take up the entire site width.

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the features box to not take up the entire page like (www.xiodsp.com)? My goal is to have a site to look more like (www.cbre.com) where the features banner is left adjusted, while you can put other things like news etc on the right of it? Thanks this is much appreciated
