Help - account not recognised on LaunchPad

Hello I'm trying to buy PlatformPro (previously bought iBlogPro) but LaunchPad doesn't recognise my username (there was no LaunchPad when I bough iBlogPro). I can login to the forum here fine. If I try to login to LaunchPad, it says the username doesn't exist in the DB. If I try to create the username, it says it does exist... Help! :-)
