PageLines Affiliate Program Application Pending For Days

Hi, My application for the PageLines Affiliate Program is in pending status for 2 or so days now. Any idea when it will be approved? I'm hesitant activating the theme otherwise. Also, in Impact Radius it is rightly listed with a 33% payout. In ShareASale, however, it is erroneously listed with a 10% payout. Thanks.

ShareASale is no longer where the AFF program is hosted. It's on Impact Radius. Where did you find the SAS link?
