Couple of problems on my new Pagelines based site.

I've been given the task of re-building our new company website and we are using pagelines to build it. I've been working on it locally and now have uploaded it to a test server online. It's located at http://dev.carpenters-law.co.uk. There's a couple of problems and amendments I've been asked to make that I'm struggling with, I was hoping you'd be able to take a look and help out here. 1) At the very bottom of the page in IE it's white, there should be and "end" to the page which and then some background (this displays correctly in firefox/chrome.) 2) Below the main site body (in the morefoot area but I don't want to use morefoot) I'd like to put a small disclaimer to appear on every page. Do you know if this is possible? And if so how to acheive it?

1. Try running through a validator to check for missing HTML markup... 2. Did you try adding the fullwidth sidebar section to Footer Template Area then?
