Accidentaly Clicked on Restore Options to Default - HELP!

Ok... I have no idea what my mind was on when this happened. I guess I've been working on this site non stop that my brain has actually gone 'mushy'! I was setting up widgets on sidebar 1 and 2 and after a lot of drag & drop I decided to just go back to the custom setting of that specific tab - so I clicked on "Restore Options to Default" and when I realized I had made a huge mistake... My site was ready to be going live and now I lost a lot of stuff, specially custom code which is what I would really like to get back! Is it possible to do this via phpMyAdmin? I have been trying to do that but I am not fluent with db tables and I can't seem to be getting anywhere... Anyone would be kind enough to shed me a light would be VERY much appreciated! Thank you! Whoops! Depending on your host, you may have a db backup, some hosts do 24h snapshots. Contact your support and ask then to revert your account to the day b4...
