cmunns 16 Report post Posted May 25, 2011 How is your navigation setup. It seems that you may have created a custom menu with just one item and forgotten that you had done so? Check under APPEARANCE - MENUS
mayankjain 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2011 Hi Adams, I'm very familiar with wordpress. To an extent that I can make a basic theme myself. I buy this theme becasue of lack of time. Therefore, I have not missed anything. I made a menu with just the home link to see whether the navigation itself works. for some reason other buddypress links are jsut not showing. Is there anywhere else I could look into? I can do php, html and CSS editing in the base theme if I knew what may be wrong with the theme. Please advise

mayankjain 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2011 None other. I thought the buddypress pages would show in the left column of menu page under pages section. But it doesn't. How else can these buddypress links appear so that i can add them in the menu I make?
cmunns 16 Report post Posted May 26, 2011 Wouldn't you just add manual links to the custom menu? e.g. `http://kerttusblog.com/cosiety/members`
mayankjain 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2011 I thought of that and it is possible. But I would also like to know what the problem could be because I will need to do a lot of customization on this website and some knowledge about this would be helpful. Sourena 2 Report post Posted May 29, 2011 Mayank, the BuddyPress links do not get added automatically. You have to add them manually to the menu. The BuddyPress links are: Activity page: http://YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME/activity Members page: http://YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME/members Groups page: http://YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME/groups alefba.usWeb Development & Design for Right-to-Left languages

bhansel 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2011 I'm having the same problem. The buddypress links /members etc. only direct back to the home page. I'm using the Pagelines child theme. It works if I switch back to the Buddypress them but not in Pagelines/Platformpro. How did you fix it? Thanks
