Install latest version of platform pro 1.5

I'm a new user of pagelines and have read that there is an upgrade of the platform pro software. If I upgrade the theme do I lose template customizations? Any suggestions on the best way to download the latest versions? Thank you.

It depends on where you made those customizations. If you made customizations in PlatformBase (the child theme), those changes won't be lost. However, if you made customizations on PlatformPro and then upgrade, you'll lose them. You should also back up your Settings. It helps to back-up your site so that the changes you've made are safe.
