Hello, I see on the the wordpress tutorial an easy way to set up posts to facebook via email and other social media accounts. I do not see that this is an option. I've updated to the latest version of wordpress. I want to send email updates that post to web page, then feeds to other social media, specifically facebook Please help, I am trying to get this figured out for a client. Thank you.

Christina, those tutorials, in fact everything you find at wordpress.com is not related with the self hosted version of wordpress. So, those features are only available to people using the wordpress.com hosting service. Ricardo

You can post via email and with a plugin you can post automatically to FB. I never tried them in a line... See Settings > Writing for post by email and Otto's Simple Facebook Connect for a FB plugin with that option. Ricardo

Convert to what? To hosted in wordpress.com? I think so but you should check there. Ricardo

Yes, move from org, to .com. I need a user friendly version, .com. But it looks like I have to convert the domain name, which costs extra to map it to the .com.

Yes, you'll have to contact your hosting provider about that.

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.
