Showing the sidebar stops feature rotation and hides forum bar

I'm hoping someone can help! For some reason showing any of the sidebars stops the feature rotation on my home page. I've tried both the regular sidebar and what I have now, the widgetized 3 column Morefoot. It also hides the forum/admin bar. Whenever I hide the sidebars the rotation comes back just fine. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? Thanks!
