Nav menu help

I am really new to web page design so please talk to me like 3 year old. Firstly I would like A full width nav menu Secondly I would like rounded edges.. I need to know where to put the code and I need to know what code to use. Here is the site

For css tweaks like this, install Firebug for Firefox. Right click the nav area and "Inspect Element." You will see that the area you want has an id of nav_row. Use a hash mark for IDs as such. It goes in ppro settings > custom code > custom css: `#nav_row {background-color: #c2c2c2;}` There is no simple universal solution for rounded corners because not all browsers support the radius property, but these would be the properties to use: http://www.css3.info/preview/rounded-border/ You would need to hire a web dev for anything more than that.
