Issue with Drop-Down Menus

I have gone through the correct process, however, still unable to use drop-down menus. I have clicked the 'enable drop-down navigation' feature in the PageLine settings, however, every time I try to re-arrange the pages in the 'Menu" settings and save, it restore the pages to their default (non-drop-down) order. Is their an additional step that I am missing? Thanks

The issue was with Google Chrome. I resolved the issue by using Safari.

I am also having the same problem in getting the drop-down menu to show up. I have followed every step in the tutorial and on the doc. website is www.penandpixels.com/wordpress. Drop-down menu is supposed to show under "Services." Have tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

Bonnie, You should open a thread with your own issue. What is your actual problem? Do the settings "stick" but menu drop-down doesn't display or like David the settings don't "stick" after you saved them? Ricardo
