custom post ids for features, banners etc

I have found a qreat plug in for adding facebook like and send buttons that actually takes into account custom post types. I have an opportunity to add custom post types to EXCLUDE and i would like to exclude boxes, highlights, banners, features... etc.. BUT, his instructions say: The plugin supports custom post types if the custom post type support custom values. I am not sure what to enter for the platform pro custom post types? the name? ie: banners? or is there a number? How can i find this? thanks so much.

Wendy, There's 404 plugins in the wordpress repository that do that. Which one is yours? =) Ricardo

ricardo, i dont understand your question? what does 404 pages have to do with finding out the name/id of the custom posts? did you mean the name of the plugin i found? it's not mine! it just solved a great problem of putting the correct facebook open graph meta info so the correct image and excerpt show up. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add-link-to-facebook/ I am still trying to figure out how to find the id#s for the custom post types. I installed custom post type manager, but it told me I had NO custom posts types? so, i am confused how to see a list of the custom post times with their actual names and id #s. W

Wendy, I was asking which plugin are you using. We cannot guess! =) I had a look at the plugfin and it should be: feature, banners and boxes Ricardo
