Changing footer information

Hello, Please have a look at the footer on this page: http://talarformedlingen.se/blogg/ I would like to change the text "PAGES" "THE LATEST" & "MORE" to Swedish, in what file would I find these? I suppose they are static?

Are you currently using any language plugin to translate? That might be what you're looking for if you want to translate your site a different language.
