Opt in Form on Featured Content Slider

How do I lay a email capture and image link over the featured content section. Similar to this site.

There are many plugins to provide a quote form, for example c-forms II. To place it over the feature slider would take some custom CSS using absolute positioning and possibly even some javascript. Some people have shortened the width of the feature slider to allow the form to sit beside it, you can search the forum for posts that have solved this problem.
