Facebook insights for my site not working!!!! WORST

I emailed pagelines contact, but we could NOT figure out the issue. Website: http://www.1finecookie.com Using platform pro, I believe. 1, Stefan told me where to past the meta tag to set up facebook insights in my header, under: WordPress admin dashboard > PlatformPro.> Custom Code >Headerscripts Code I pasted it there, then went back into insights type in my link, but it did not work. 2. He suggested i try, "Try adding the following code in the same box as before Headerscripts Code. This is the code: <meta property="fb:app_id" content="209699509045621"/>" which was slightly modified from the last code. Didn't work 3. Was using internet explorer, found out editing does not mesh well with explorer, so tried used google chrome. Tried to set it up still didn't work The response I keep reading on insights is this: Bad Request The app ID "209699509045621" specified within the "fb:app_id" meta tag was invalid. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. I need help. Also, I am web illiterate so I need it REALLY broken down into steps. Thanks

Yes I used that at first but did not work.I then pasted the code in manualyy that also did not worrk

If there are other plugins running, you should deactivate them one by one to identify which one might be causing a conflict with the Facebook Insights plugin.
