Page title not showing up

I changed my layout to left sidebar and now all of my page titles are missing. Any ideas? http://lulusrescue.com/test/?page_id=2

Where did you make the change to left sidebar? In Settings > Layout Editor or in each page's "General Page Setup" section in the meta settings at the bottom of the page editor?

I did it in the general page setup.

And if you change the layout back, the titles appear again? I doubt this is related, but you never know.. validation is throwing an error on the paypal link, so try escaping the ampersand as `&`

I tried to change it back and still the head doesn't show up. I'm a little bit of a novice so not sure what "escaping the ampersand as & is... could you explain?

Did you check the options for PAGE AND POST to make sure that the "Automatically show page titles" option is checked.

Is the 'pages titles section' only available in the purchased product? I have just replaced the standard twenty ten theme with pageline and very impressed but missing page titles.
