Different Layouts within a site

Is there a way to have a different layout on my homepage in terms of column width than on other pages? I like having the testimonial (which is done in the main content area) symmetrical with the the "From the blog" widget that pulls my most recent blog posts to my static home page (which is a feature page). Hi Jamie! Sure, if you use a layout that you don't use in any other page, lets say one column sidebar left, you can set whatever you need there and don't affect the other pages. Ricardo
