font size differs on iphone

Recommended Posts

hi there, when i display my website on an iphone, the text sizes of the menus are correct, but the content text (p, h, etc) is magnified - this poses a problem because of my layout as you can see: MRPy9.jpgpFIJZ.png thanks a lot for suggestions! m

I added the following custom css:

p {font-size:0.7em; color:#4b4b4b; line-height:1.2em;}
	h4 {font-size:1.6em; color:#828282;}
	h5 {font-size:1.3em; color:#828282;}
I also tried values in px, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. defining
body {font-size:xx}

also generates an appearance that differs on iphone/ipad. some elements like the menus have additional font-size settings (and interestingly display the way they should) thanks for the quick reply :)

I think it's related to the font you are using. Anyway, I'm not sure you can achieve that level of control, which actually you don't have in the "desktop version" as users browsing with text size set to large will see something similar to the "iPhone version". Ricardo
