Text overlay on resized feature

Recommended Posts

Hi, I've been working at figuring this out and have been looking through the forums but haven't found an answer that works yet. The website I'm working on is: www.dynamicdevelopment.ca/coaching I've resized the feature section and put it in the content section template in order to have a sidebar show beside the feature. As in this post: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic/4294 I'm basically having the same problem as in this post: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic/8145 The feature and images are working and aligned, however any right or left text in the feature results in an overlay that covers the entire image or, if I remove the "#feature_slider .fcontent" and input "#feature .wcontent" then the left and right text doesn't fit in the overlay. My CSS is currently:

#feature-area, .feature-wrap, #feature_slider .fmedia, #feature .wcontent, #feature_slider .text-bottom .fmedia .dcol-pad, #feature_slider .text-bottom .feature-pad, #feature_slider .text-none .fmedia .dcol-pad { height: 300px; width: 710px; }
Please let me know where I'm going wrong to get the overlay section to include the text. Thanks, Matt

Well, after hours of looking for an answer, minutes after posting I think I found something that will work. All I did was change the width of .fcontent to something that fit all the text.

#feature_slider .fcontent { width: 42%; }
