design glitch on my homepage

Hi Guys! I was wondering if anyone can help me fix my homepage. It was looking fine for a long time but now I have this thick yellow line above the home page photo. if you see all the other pages the yellow line under the nav. is thin and under there is a white space. what happened to it in the home page, seams to me now to be yellow. I can't figure out how to fix this. Any ideas?? thank you so much!!! antonella
