Feature next to Sidebar - links not working

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have placed the feature in the header and have the sidebar wrap next to it - but the links in the wrap sidebar are not working on the home page. Here's my site (still a work in progress): http://www.littlegreybike.com/

I added it in the header template and then used the following code: #feature-area, .feature-wrap, #feature_slider .fmedia, #feature_slider .fcontent, #feature_slider .text-bottom .fmedia .dcol-pad, #feature_slider .text-bottom .feature-pad, #feature_slider .text-none .fmedia .dcol-pad { height: 350px; width: 641px; } .home #feature_slider{width:641px;} .home #sidebar-wrap{margin-top:-440px;}

There are some invisible layers covering up the sidebar. Add a couple selectors to your 2nd rule to clip them down: .home #feature_slider, .home #header, .home #feature .content {width: 641px;}

Hi, I'm trying to make some changes on a site running PlatformPro 1.5.3. I've managed to place the sidebar beside features, following the advice from other posts on this forum, by using the following custom CSS code: #feature_slider div.default-features {width:676px;} #feature-area {width:676px} .home #feature-footer {width:676px;} .home #feature_slider {width:676px;} .home #sidebar-wrap {margin-top:-300px;} .home #feature-area, .feature-wrap {width:676px;} .home #feature-footer {width:676px;} My problem is that the sidebar widget links beside features are not working. I tried to add Features on the page contents instead of header but this needs a static page for the site homepage to work. I tried to edit the code above with timlinson's advice but it didn't work. Since I'm not a programmer, can anyone help me with the CSS code to work properly? The site is: http://wptestgr.webuda.com Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post.
