How to use CSS to add text on header image?

Hey guys, I don't want to use a full size header image because I want the SEO benefits of text up there. Can someone direct me on how to position, and style text in the header though? Example.. what if I wanted a header like this: http://absolutecomfort.com/ But with text instead of one big image. Am I off base? I am a CSS noob and have i'm just trying to find an easy way to accomplish this. Thanks!

Which theme are you using? If you're using PlatformPro, a hook can be easily implemented to add the text.

I am using platformpro. Looks crummy, but I am still trying to learn how to change colors and stuff to make it look good. http://www.cowildlife.com/

If you need assistance finding which hook you'll need to use, you can go to Setting > Template Setup and select "Site Header" from the dropdown template menu. From there, you can determine which hook from the list (under "Advanced Setup") you need. In your case, you'll need the hook pagelines_inside_top_branding since you want to place the text where the branding is inside the header.
