iBlogPro3 3.5.1 - Add Comments Link Missing at Top of Post

I'm not sure if it's supposed to appear or not, but on a posting with comments enabled, there doesn't seem to be a quick link at the top of the page to jump down to the comments area. Is this intentional? I'd seen the link in iBlog2 and wondered if it would be there in iBlogPro3.
