Features, Boxes and Banners Tabs

Hi Does anybody know if the Features, Boxes and Banners Pagelines tabs can be hidden. We are creating an MU site and we dont want the users to see most of the left tabs. You can see these here http://markup.io/v/ax3f8ytz6sts Thanks Damian

First, at what level are your "people" set at? Authors?, Contributors? Subscribers?
