Wordpress Theme Install Option

My Wordpress Does not have the "Install Theme" option as your video shows. Any advice how I can install Platform pro without an issue. Thanks, Zack

Hi Zack! There was a similar thread recently so I'll be using Simon's image. Can't you see this? Did you install Wordpress or someone did it for you? Ricardo

Recardo, Thanks for your reply. I installed it through my Hosting. I don't have the install option as you've shown on the image, just the manage themes. I tried updating Wordpress but it says it is the latest version.??? Zack

Zack, I responded to you in your other topic, but you answered my question here. You can try installing the theme using FTP instead. Would you rather do that? You'll need an FTP client (like Transmit for Mac).

Zack, Sounds like you don't have an administrator account or admin permissions on your WP. When you go to the users page on your site (/wp-admin/users.php) what role do you have? Ricardo

Ricardo, that could be it. Zack, make sure you're set up as the Administrator of the blog. If you go to the page Ricardo mentioned, look at the role that is on the right side.
