eakanter 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2011 I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with CrystalTech, my webhost, and the technical support guy was convinced the problem lies in EcoPro theme, not wordpress or the server. PLEASE HELP! When I try to access the site I am loading into the backend of my site in the folder: www.urbangleaners.org/wordpress, I am asked for a password. The tech guy said this was because EcoPro was trying to access the FTP, and using the wrong password. I need this to be resolved, and have no idea where in the EcoPro theme to look. Can you please help? Best, Emily at Urban Gleaners

timlinson 3 Report post Posted April 22, 2011 All the logos/banners/images and stuff that you set have "ftp" prefixes instead of "http" like they're supposed to. You have to go into the settings and change all of the "ftp://[email protected]" references in your links to say "http://urbangleaners123.org" instead. e.g. this icon path: ftp://[email protected]/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/Picture%204.png needs to look like this instead: http://urbangleaners.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/Picture%204.png
eakanter 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2011 Thanks for the tip-- how do I do this? I'm an amateur, can you walk me through the steps? Hope it works!
timlinson 3 Report post Posted April 22, 2011 Well it's nothing new that you haven't done before. You just have to use the correct paths for the images this go-around. e.g. EcoPro > Theme Options > Header+Nav > Custom Header Image > Full Image URL Basically you'll just go through all your images and replace the "ftp://[email protected]" part with "http://urbangleaners.org" instead.
