How to create a menu tab for my home page?

How do I get my landing page, a posts page, to appear on the site menu as a tab that says "Home?" The page exists - it is the site url - but I can't figure out how to make the tab appear. In the Admin menus section I have a "Home" in my menu, it's a "custom" page.

You can create a custom menu under APPEARANCE - MENUS and add anything you like that way.

Hello, I have the same question but I still could not figure out how one can add a "home" tab that will redirect to the blog posts page. I am using the free version of platform. Can you be more specific? What do i do once I am in Apperance- Menu? Sorry I am still a beginner in WP! thank you in advance!
