WhiteHousePro Options not loading properly in WP network install

issue is with using the WhiteHousePro theme on a multi-site / network installation. The issue is that many of the options controls are not loading. I have tried disabling all plugins on the network, this is happening on the main site in the network. Here is a screen shot with an example of the issue highlighted.

Hm, have you tried re-installing theme?
