nathanandlauren 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2011 Hi - Setting up this page www.beseenweb.com.au and I want to display a static page there, as I should be able to do in wordpress settings -> reading section, but I just get white space. How can I put the contents of my 'Home' page in that whitespace please? Thanks Nathan
Kate 3 Report post Posted April 20, 2011 Hi Nathan, I actually can't get the page to load. But, question: when you say "white space"... are any elements on the page loading? You should, as you said, be able to create a page (eg: "Home") and set it under "Settings->Reading" as the "static" home page.
nathanandlauren 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2011 Hi Kate - Yes all other elements are loading - header, boxes, footer, just not the main content area in the middle, leaving this white space. http://www.beseenweb.com.au I just tried the site again then and it is up and running, so you should be able to see it... Thanks Nathan
ricardo 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2011 Hi Nathan! I suggest you change the page template from Default to Featured. The default options of the Featured template should have more sections for you to get an idea of what you can do. Then go to PlatformPro > Settings > Template Setup, choose Featured Page and start drag and dropping sections from the inactive area (right) to the active area. You can read more info about that here: http://www.pagelines.com/docs/template-setup Ricardo
