How do I change background color of sidebars?

I want to change the background color of my sidebars to highlight the actual blog posts better and create a little more structure. Possibly a board too?? Any suggestions. www.cafetax.com

Or better yet, maybe just a fixed boarder from top to bottom separating the posts and sidebars?

Answer to both is css...same selector to use as well: e.g. `#sidebar-wrap {background:#f5f5f5;}`
