New features not looking like demo features

I'm adding Features to my site (www.solarnetworksolutions.com/staging), and even though they have the exact same settings as the demo (pre-loaded) Features, they do not look the same. Check out the first one, which is one I created - I even uploaded the exact same image as the Feature that follows, yet in the demo feature (#2) the black transparent overlay is on top of the image. In the one I created (#1), the image is shifted down and to the right, and the black transparent overlay is just black and does not overlay on the image.

Do you have a live link? you're not concisely providing enough information to answer your question or help.

Sorry about that - I figured it out. I was uploading the image into "media" when I should have uploaded it into "background".
