How to add Square image to Blog excerpt

How do you get this square image to show in the blog page: http://www.pagelines.com/demos/platformpro/blog-2 I'm using Platform Pro. but have no images showing on this page: http://www.phillipvanrooyen.com/alkivolleyball/news/

Those square images are thumbnails, which you can enable on your blog page by going to Settings > Blog and Posts > Post Thumbnail Placement > Checking the box next to Posts/Blog Page and then saving the options. However, first you have to make sure you are uploading the images to your posts and setting them as featured images (via the "Set featured image" setting in your post editor on the right side).
