Difficulty in getting Delink Page Plug-In to work

I'm trying to use the Delink Pages plug-in which calls for me adding a custom field with a key of 'delink' and value 'true' or 'href' in order for the page to not have a link when the page should not have be linked when wp_list_pages is used. However, I don't see the Custom Field boxes. Can someone please explain? Thanks in advance! rwo

The Custom Field boxes are located directly below the editor box in the Page editor. Are they not showing up for you? (A screenshot would also be helpful)
