How to create a contact nav in the top right of a page?

I'd like to create a contact nav similar to the contact info at the very top of this site: http://www.borregosolar.com/ How do I add this - is it possible using Menus or is it a CSS thing?

Are you on PlatformPro? You could create a custom menu in Appearance > Menus and set that as your secondary nav. It would still take some css to make it look like that page.
