different sidebars (with widgets) on posts and pages

Is it possible to choose different sidebar widgets, which appeare only in the sidebar on posts? i dont want those Blog stuff with Categorys, Archive, Links, etc. to show on static pages. Cant find the setup in the pagelines settings, do i need custom fields for that?

You would use the Primary Sidebar in SIDEBAR 1 for blog pages and Secondary Sidebar in SIDEBAR 1 for all other pages Just make it happen by using the "advanced setup" toggle when you drag those over into the SIDEBAR 1 section area.

Thanks, it Works... but on already existing pages you have to check the "hide primary sidebar" box.

I'm loving the PlatformPro theme but there's defenitely some improvements to be made regarding sidebars... I'm trying to have an additionnal sidebar item showing ont blog & posts pages but I don't want to have to hide it with the page editor on all the pages!

that would be great! beacause you have to check the "hide sidebar box" on each page. @adam: is there a way to choose "hide by default" and check the "show sidebar box" only on certain pages?
