leadestiny729 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2011 The plugin isn't working on my site. It says invalid header. I did download it once to my site and all the posts and home page became 404 page not found, so I had to completely rebuild my site and store. I cancelled the wordpress account and made a new one. My question is what to do when it says invalid header, and if I do successfully upgrade to platform pro, will my posts/pages work properly? My site is http://leahsarago.com
Kate 3 Report post Posted April 7, 2011 Hi Leah, Which plugin isn't working properly? In instances like this, where it's not something we developed, we generally suggest contacting the plugin developer directly.

timlinson 3 Report post Posted April 17, 2011 I think there's a terminology mix-up here. PlatformPro/PlatformBase are themes and need to be installed via Appearance > Themes. They will throw invalid header errors if loaded as plugins.
