Home Page Link CSS problem

Recommended Posts

zach110

Hi, On my homepage (http://creditrepairnow.net/) I have a text section containing two links. Unfortunately, the hyperlinking makes the linked words turn white with a black border. I want the linked words to be black with a black underline. I tried to modify the CSS, but couldn't figure out how to do it... Any suggestions, or CSS that I could paste? Thanks in advance for your help! -Zach

Hey Zach, the Firebug addon is a lifesaver for digging into css. Here's a couple docs/videos to get you started: PageLines Docs - Changing Colors and Fonts PageLines Docs - Customization Tips (video tutorial) After you get the ID/classes pinpointed with Firebug, it's just a matter of setting the css properties. In this case, it sounds like you'll want to set the `color`, `background-color`, and `text-decoration`, but here's a nice list of categorized css properties for future reference: http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_reference.asp

Thanks for the additional css information Tim. I have actually decided not to put links in that spot. Thanks again!
