Twitter and LinkWithin Plugins show up in Featured section near post title

I have LinkWithin installed on my blog, and if I don't enter any text into a feature, when it shows up on the feature slider, the linkwithin thumbnails also show up in the feature slider. Also, the "retweet" button that usually hovers on a post is also shown in the feature slider. Are some of these plugins treating the feature slider posts simply as posts? If so, how can we turn off the plugins that show on posts in the features only?

Hi Jon - You'll have to use CSS to hide the divs with the classes assigned to those divs.

Thanks. I was hoping that wouldn't be the case, but it's not a huge problem.

The other options is to edit the plugin code itself so that it is only included/used on "normal" post types.

@cmunns, true, but if the plugin is updated or changed, I'll have to chase down the changes every time.
