WP White Screen after installing Base

Installing platformpro_dev.zip through WP Install Theme works fine. After repeating same process for platformbase.zip, SP White Screen. I have had to completely remove WP from server, and start over again twice, same result. I'm using GoDaddy, php version 5.2.17. WP is in a subfolder /wp/. Subfolder doesn't seem to be a problem for platformpro_dev.zip, could that be the problem for platformbase.zip? Thanks

Next time when you upload PlatformBase try doing so via FTP. If it goes blank again enable debug in the wp-config.php file.

Are you able to tell what error is being generated by the child theme? (server logs, etc..)
